Squaw Shop Store Policies

Thank you for shopping at the Squaw Shop. We appreciate your business and want to make every effort to make your shopping experience positive. Our policies are as follows:

RETAIL MERCHANDISE

Shipping
We ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirming shipment of your order.

Shipping methods may vary, depending on the destination. We select the most efficient shipper for each method, depending on the destination. Options include:

  • Standard: Contiguous U.S. Only. We use UPS Ground and United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
  • Express: Express shipments are shipped via Federal Express Standard Overnight. Please note: Shipments are made after a 48 hour processing period. We do not offer overnight shipment guarantees at this time.

Refunds/Returns
Squaw Valley merchandise purchased through the Squaw Shop Online Store can be returned within 10 days for store credit only. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

Damaged Merchandise
If a product is damaged during shipment, it must be returned within 5 days of receipt with the original packaging for replacement or store credit.

ONLINE TICKET PURCHASES

Shipping
We ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirming shipment of your order.

All tickets purchased online will be shipped via USPS First Class.
If "Express" is selected, tickets will be shipped via Federal Express Standard Overnight (Extra charges apply). Please note: Shipments are made after a 48 hour processing period. We do not offer overnight shipment guarantees at this time.

Refunds/Returns
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or returns will be given for any reason.

Ticket Redemption
Tickets purchased online are shipped as certificates to the purchaser. They may be exchanged for actual tickets at any ticket window for that day only. All tickets are non-refundable for any reason. Tickets are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

Guarantees
Squaw Valley Ski Corporation does not guarantee snow conditions or the number of usable days in a season.

 

SHIPPING DETAILS

Shipping options vary, depending on destination:

  • Contiguous U.S.A. Shipments: If you live within the 48 contiguous States of the U.S., you have two shipping options: Standard and Air Express. Standard shipments should be received within 5 to 10 business days. Air Express shipments should be received within 3 to 4 business days.
  • Hawaii and Alaska, U.S.A., Shipments: Hawaii and Alaska are handled separately and have two shipping options: Standard (Priority Mail) and Air Express. Priority Mail shipments should be received within 7 to 10 business days. Air Express shipments should be received within 3 to 4 business days.
  • Canada Shipments: Orders for Canada are handled separately and have two shipping options: Standard and Air Express. Standard shipments should be received within 6 to 10 days. Air Express shipments should be received within 3 to 4 days
  • International Shipping: We are pleased to arrange shipping outside the United States. International shipments will take 6 to 10 days. We select the most efficient air shipment carrier, the selection of which depends upon the country of destination. Depending upon the destination country, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be sure thatyou give us a valid email address, as we may need to contact you regarding an international order.
